Kazuma Vs. Dio - The Epic Challenge

*Dio walks into the arena and takes a seat in the stands.
He waits upon the arrival of his opponent to whom he had issued a challenge.
Wanting to test his own power against the race reputed to be among the most powerful Dio issued Kazuma, a high ranking Vaizard, a challenge. he also had another purpose hidden behind the "friendly challenge but it had yet to be revealed...*

yare yare, what could be taking him so long?

*Kazu appears behind Dio but does not say a word,just waiting how long does Dio to take that he notices Kazu*

*as kazuma appears Dio throws a sake bottle backwards*

to help calm your nerves, no point going into a fight all jittery now is there?

*Dio takes a swig from his own sake bottle and stands up turning to face kazuma*

so before we start are ya sure you wanna do this? i wont go all out of course i dont want to kill you thats for sure...

*chuckling at his enthusiasm Dio turns and walks a few paces away draining his sake bottle as he walks*

well well i guess we should start this then ^^

*Dio stops walking and turns back to kazuma closing his eyes with a sigh before re-opening them and imediately taking an unarmed stance*

alright when your ready

*Kazu shunpos to the middle of the arena and stabs his zanpakutou to the ground*

no...you...come...on....

*with blinding speed Dio appears behind kazuma facing away from him*

*Dio thrusts an elbow at kazuma's back extremely hard*

*Kazu dodged dio's attack and launches cero towards dio*

*Dio deflects the cero as it were bothersome insect slghtly burning his hand*

my my seems i should move faster then ^^

*Dio shunpos' around the arena creating several after images each seeming to lunge at Kazuma before fading away. after a few seconds of this Dio shunpos' in trying to take kazumas feet from out under him with a sweeping kick*

*kazu just barely dodged dios sweeping kick*

that was pretty fast

*Kazu shunpos to Dios back and aims a back swing kick to dios lower back*

**ROXX was sitting in one of the last rows of the arena seats. She wanted to have a full view of the arena and she saw perfectly well with her highly advanced sight. She was thinking all along.**

Again. Kazuma will test his opponent on hand-to-hand combat before drawing out his sword. Wonder if Dio will draw out his before or after Kazuma... It doesn't seem that hand-to-hand is his specialty, except when it comes to manipulating a sake bottle... ¬_¬

*Dio lets the momentum of his last attack carry him into a roll before flipping up to his feet, narrowly avoiding kazuma's attack*

hadou #31 shakkahou!

*Dio runs up following his kidou and jumps up at the moment before impact to attack from above with a powerful kick to the head, hoping to distract kazuma with the kidou*

He really thinks that could distract Kazuma?!

**ROXX shook her head.**

Poor Dio, you really are underestimating Kazuma!

**But of course, as far as she was, no one could hear her.**

*Dio's kidou and kick met only thin air as Kazu uses shunpo to appear behind Dio and aims a right hook to the back of Dio's head
and after that Kazu shunpos to another side of the arena*

*Dio grins turns and grins as kazuma's right hook punches through him. making him waver and disappear.
As kazuma moves to the other side of the arena Dio intercepts him in mid air, roundhouse kicking him to the ground*

my my you think you can out manouver one of the top captains? tsk tsk.

*Kazu was sent to ground by Dio's kick but before Kazu hit the ground he disappears*

*Kazu appears in the mid air at the middle of the arena*

well let me see what you got Dio....

*Dio spins and lands gracefully on his feet*

you are fast ill give you that vaizard but you leave your self too open all the time and so far your attacks havent been all that powerful.
i think it is you who should show me what you've got

*Dio grins evilly as he takes a defensive stance*

*Kazu laughs*

you haven't given me any reason to start sparring seriously

**ROXX grinned wildly at both opponents words.**

Seems things will get more interesting!

**Thinks about Dio's words.**

True Kazuma has given him to much openings so far... Wonder what will trigger Kazuma seriousness...

well if aren't gonna attack,i shall.....

*shunpos to Dio and grabs on his neck and lifts Dio and spins him for few seconds and smashes his face to the ground*

*as Kazu speaked those words his left eye turned black*

*AS Kazuma smashes his face into the ground Dio grabs his wrist and flips him reversing his arm behind his back into a painful position the grabs his neck and smashes his face into the ground*

you gotta sacrifice some thing kazuma, so that better opportunities may arise ^^

*Dio has several small lacerations on his face and his nose is blleeding mildly*

*Kazu stands up and spits out some blood*

I just love the taste of blood in my mouth!

*Kazu shunpos behind Dio and kicks him to the back of knee then elbow hit goes for dios head*

*Kazu suddenly disappears and a dark figure appear besides SHEROXX*

*Dio watches Kazuma shunpo and follows his reiatsu signature and just as he appears to attack delivers a powerful punch to the gut but accidently missed and met his kick face on.
Dio's face is blank for a moment then his hand throbs and he runs chibily around in circles holding his throbbing hand*

ow ow ow ow ow ow ow, that hurt!
it seems my hand to hand is a tad rusty but i still seem to be holding my own against you

*Dio shakes his hand to try and loosen up a bit more before waiting for kazumas next attack, wondering where he went*

**ROXX looks at Kazuma beside her with surprised eyes.**

What are you doing here?!

*the dark shadow lifts its head to look ROXX*
