*Sogyo walks in the captains office carrying a enormous pile of paperwork.*

"Hey taichou, finished up the work you gave me. Here you go."

*drops the enormous pile of paperwork next to the taichou's desk and pours a cup of sake for him and Dio.*

"I have a question taichou. Well... besides bringing you the paperwork I wanted to know if you could help me with my bankai training. I would be honoured if you would be able to help me taichou. I think bankai would be a neccessary to improve myself and become stronger. Please train with me taichou."

*takes the sake and drinks it replacing it with melon schnapps*

*Dio looks at the pile and it disintergrates*

*Dio walks back into his office after visiting his VC at the training grounds. he sits down at his desk and notices the dvd. as he looks at th cover he is knocked off his seat with a powerful gush of blood from his nose and he quickly stashes away the dvd saving it for a more apropriate time *

Fortunately for me by the time everything was ready to be distributed the war started and AGW was put on hold. With the Espadas distracted I did mangage to destroy every copy I found... except for those the Espada kept for themselves, which I never found.

I thought with their eventual destruction the dvds wouldn't be a threat anymore so I let them get lost in time... I don't know HOW Kohaku got THIS particular volume copy, but in any case I had completely forgotten about it... until now...
