Alright, trowa...There are two ways to become Gillian-level Menos. This is the first stage of your advancement will be this, and it can be done one of two ways.

You can either eat hollows, and become a Gillian much quicker, but have it hinder your development later on. Or you can eat human souls and shinigami's...the more difficult method, but this is what leaves Gillians with their individuality, and will make it much easier for you to become an Adjuchas...As well as make you a stronger Gillian in general.
