Warriors of the Great 11th

It is time to show to the whole Soul Society the strength and power of our division.
Prepare yourselves to be the next that all shinigamis from Seireitei will admire and fear.
To give a lesson to the cowards who dared to dream that one day they would destroy us, fearless and undefeatable warriors.


Your fuktaicho Tatsu_k and I will supervise your trainings so that we might evaluate you all and give you a rank before the end of this month.

Your presence is required. Show us your skills and capacities as an 11th. Your rank will depend on your performances during the trainings that will be given during the weeks the come. Starting from today you will start your first evaluation...

It is kay's 19th birthday this friday!
and since she has done a good job on the previous BA and she is a good friend i decided to throw her a party ^^
it will be going from today (thursday) till saturday!
it is being held in the soul society recreational center so be sure to drop on by and wish her a happy birthday!

Roan and Hina, today is your last day for your First Evaluation in the Hollow Attack Zone.
Tatsu will be in charge of taking you both back to the division when the day is finished.

Dante is currently in the 4th waiting to be in stable situation after very grave injuries.

I will give you all your grades once the fuktaicho and I have discussed about it.
Plus we need to wait for our 2 new recruits to pass the same evaluation.
It might take a few days, so please be patient

Today will start the First Evaluation of our two new recruits, Zeria Iiyasei and Xnigona.
Please go to the Hollow Attack Zone where you'll find the First Evaluation and read the instructions.
Since you are only two and that I want you to be able to catch up with the others, you'll spend only two days in the Real World.
Your fuktaicho Tatsu_k will accompany you.

Second Evaluation for Hinamori, Roan Oakranr and Dante.
You have fought against hollows, now it's time to fight shinigamis.
Yes, you will fight eachother!
From today, in the dojo, duels will be formed and each of you will get to fight at least once.

To start:
Roan Oakranr vs Hinamori

The winner will fight against Dante.

All the instructions will be given to you in the dojo.

I've been noticing a great inactivity here in the 11th (not talking about the Wolfs&Dragon Cave).
Not only from the most recent recruits from who I haven't seen a single post in the 11th (except in Recruitment Office of course) but also from older members who used to show their presence inside the 11th.

For now I'm giving a warning.

If I don't see any change I'll have to send a few PMs and if still... well don't be surprised if your status has changed or that account has been deleted (because you don't show yourself at all in BW).
